Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) has announced the launch of Grand Souq Lahore (GSL), an innovative project aimed at fostering local business growth in Lahore, Pakistan. Inspired by architectural marvels in Dubai and Turkey, the GSL will be meticulously designed to meet global standards and provide a platform for local businesses to flourish.
Spanning over 68 kanal at the Rescue 1122 Academy on LOS, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, the GSL will feature three floors of versatile retail spaces ranging from 350 sqft to 550 sqft. The project will also include an underground parking facility for the convenience of visitors.
To facilitate the participation of stakeholders, the CBD Punjab has introduced an accessible installment plan. This initiative aims to empower the local business community and boost economic growth in the region.
CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, highlighted the importance of supporting the local business community and investors, stating that they are the backbone of the economy. Grand Souq Lahore is seen as a significant milestone in providing a platform for these entities to thrive.
With its strategic location, GSL will be easily accessible from key areas such as Ferozepur Road, Icchra, Samnabad, and Shadman. This prime location will not only attract visitors but also transform the business landscape, offering local businesses an opportunity to cater to diverse consumer needs.
