After meticulous scrutiny, the received bids will be presented before the CDA Board, the competent forum that holds the authority to accept or reject the bids. This step ensures transparency and accountability in the auction process.

The success of the auction highlights the immense potential and interest that investors hold for the Capital Street Islamabad project. With a promising vision of becoming a bustling hub of culinary delights and entertainment, the development of this project will undoubtedly enhance the appeal and allure of the city’s dining scene.
