FGEHA is set to complete Green Enclave-II in 2025.

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is set to complete the development work of the Green Enclave-II residential project for government employees by 2025. This project is a joint venture between FGEHA and Sky Garden, aimed at providing low-cost plots and flats to government employees.

The first part of the Green Enclave-II project, known as Commoners Sky Garden, is currently undergoing active construction. It covers approximately 11,000 kanals of land, with development work on about 2403 kanals of the first part (blocks A, B, C, D, and E of Phase-I) expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Currently, 20 percent of the work in Block D has been completed.

The Housing Authority assures that the road work and other necessary facilities will also be completed as per the promised timeline. They are committed to fulfilling these promises within the stipulated time period.

Additionally, FGEHA is planning to initiate new residential projects in eight major cities across the country in order to provide housing options for both government employees and the general public. The focus of these projects will be on providing plots and flats.
