Pm Inaugurates Two Development Project In Islamabad.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif inaugurated the widening and improvement project of the recently renamed Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed Avenue (formerly IJP Road). In addition, he also inaugurated the 7th Avenue Interchange at Aabpara and performed the groundbreaking for the 11th Avenue Interchange. Unlike his predecessors, the Prime Minister chose to inaugurate these projects early in the morning and was accompanied by Federal Minister on Interior Rana Sana Ullah, Special Assistant on Establishment Ahad Cheema, PML-N local leader Hanif Abbasi, Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Malik Ibrar, and Anjam Aqeel Khan. The concerned officers briefed the Prime Minister on completed projects and the ongoing interchange project on 11th Avenue.


During a ceremony related to the inauguration, the Prime Minister expressed regret over the previous government’s poor performance, which caused delays in executing important development projects. However, the Prime Minister assured that the current government’s accelerated progress will ensure the completion of ongoing projects in the federal capital by next month.
