Rawalpindi Authorities Retrieve Commercial Properties worth Billions from Occupants.

In a joint effort between the district administration and Rawalpindi police, abandoned commercial properties owned by the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) in Rawalpindi have been successfully reclaimed from illegal possession. These properties, situated on Tipu Road and Hafeez Road, cover over 108 kanals of commercial land and are valued at billions of rupees.

Reports indicate that the cumulative value of these properties exceeds Rs.4 billion. The district administration spokesperson stated that the disposal process strictly adhered to the orders of the Supreme Court. All available resources were utilized to ensure the rightful transfer of the 108 kanals of commercial properties that were previously abandoned by the ETPB.

This operation is a significant step towards addressing and resolving the issue of illegally occupied ETPB properties in Rawalpindi. It demonstrates the commitment to adhering to legal directives and prioritizing the resolution of this matter.
