Lahore: In a historic move towards urban development in Lahore, Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (CBD Punjab) and the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on transformative projects. The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Commissioner Lahore and DG LDA, Mohammad Ali Randhawa, and CEO of CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, highlighting their commitment to the partnership.

The collaboration between CBD Punjab and LDA is expected to bring about sustainable urban development and provide excellent investment opportunities in Lahore. Commissioner Lahore emphasized the shared vision of the entities and stated that the strategic alliance would enhance the scope of projects and attract local and international investors.

CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, echoed these sentiments and expressed his belief that the partnership would bring about a paradigm shift in urban planning, fostering growth and innovation. To promote their joint endeavors, a series of events including investor conferences, road shows, and expos will be organized to effectively market the projects.

The MoU signing ceremony was attended by notable individuals such as Additional DG Housing Captain (R) Shahmir Iqbal, Chief Engineer LDA Asrar Saeed, Director Finance Kashif Imran, Director Action Rabail Butt, and Deputy Director Legal CBD Punjab, Ahmed Usman. This partnership between CBD Punjab and LDA marks a significant milestone in Lahore’s urban development journey, promising a brighter future for the city and its residents.
