Soudah Peaks aims to introduce a new era of luxury mountain tourism, offering opulent living experiences in a pristine natural setting adorned with rich heritage. The resort will feature six unique development zones: Tahlal, Sahab, Sabrah, Jareen, Rijal, and Red Rock. These zones will provide a wide range of upscale accommodation options, including posh hotels, luxury mountain resorts, residential chalets, villas, premium mansion sites, and entertainment facilities, totaling 2,700 hospitality keys and 1,336 residential units.

In addition to its luxurious accommodations, Soudah Peaks will also offer a variety of commercial and outdoor attractions, such as sports, adventure, wellness, and culture. Spread across 80,000 square meters of commercial space, the resort will provide a dynamic and immersive experience for visitors. The Crown Prince envisions Soudah Peaks as a significant contribution to Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector, placing the Kingdom on the global tourism map and showcasing its rich culture and heritage. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the beauty of Soudah Peaks, discover its cultural significance, and experience the warm hospitality of the local community. The resort promises unforgettable moments amidst lush greenery and above the clouds.

Spanning over 627 sq. km, Soudah Peaks will utilize only one percent of the land for building, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability and aligning with the Saudi Green Initiative. With its focus on luxury, natural beauty, and cultural heritage, Soudah Peaks will undoubtedly captivate visitors and establish Saudi Arabia as a must-visit global tourism destination.
