According to official sources, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Government of Pakistan have recently launched a new housing project called Nilore Overseas Residencia Phase 1. The project is specifically designed for overseas Pakistanis. This project is located in Zone 4 on Lethrar Road, Islamabad and offers affordable 2-bed apartments, developed on 779 square feet of land.
