Dubai South, one of the largest urban developments in the Middle East, has partnered with Bahria Town (BT) Holding LLC to create a master-planned gated community within the Golf District, adjacent to Al Maktoum International Airport. This exciting collaboration aims to cater to the growing demand for luxury residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony attended by key figures, including His Excellency Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, Group CEO of BT Holding LLC. Also present were Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, and Malik Riaz Hussain, Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town.
The expansive development, covering over 20 million square feet, will offer a blend of villas, townhouses, and apartments, designed to foster a self-sustaining community. Future residents can expect state-of-the-art amenities, including schools, healthcare facilities, retail outlets, mosques, and entertainment hubs. The community will also feature lush green spaces, water streams, a central park, dancing fountains, iconic monuments, and wide boulevards, promising a serene and luxurious lifestyle.
His Excellency Khalifa Al Zaffin highlighted the project’s strategic importance in attracting global investment to Dubai South, underscoring its role in supporting the UAE government’s vision of housing one million residents, especially with the development of Al Maktoum International Airport.
Malik Riaz Hussain emphasized Bahria Town’s extensive experience in large-scale community developments and expressed a strong commitment to expanding its presence in Dubai, drawing on its successes in Pakistan.
The partnership is a testament to Dubai South’s transformation into a global commercial and residential hub, aligning with Dubai’s vision for sustainable growth and enhancing its standing as a leading transport and logistics hub.
BT Holding LLC aims to commence sales for off-plan units in January 2025, marking a significant milestone in this collaboration, and further strengthening Dubai South’s reputation as a premier destination for luxury living and global investment.
